Owlsgrove Capital has set up off-balance transactions covering EUR 0.7b of investments in European commercial real estate having a gross leasable area of 3.9m sqm, including transactions in infrastructure and renewables.
Renewables
Owlsgrove Capital has created the commercial approach for photovoltaic solutions of EUR 0.2b for logistic funds on warehouse properties. The approach was individually based on the funds' legal set up.
